The selling entity is confirmed on the quotation, before any order. The country selected on the site is a commercial context only: it never changes the page address or the language.

Product listings, descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Images are provided for convenience and actual product characteristics may differ.

When a transaction is placed, you may need to provide information such as payment details. You warrant that you are entitled to use the payment method provided, and Koala Merch, Inc. may verify that information before completing any transaction.

A quotation is prepared from the models, quantities, customisation options and delivery country stated in the request. Alternative quantities are treated as separate scenarios and are never added together.

Only the written quotation issued by our team is binding, for the validity period stated on it.

The minimum quantity is 50 pieces per model.

Prices are stated excluding tax, excluding transport and excluding any local taxes. Prices shown on the site are indicative; the price applied is the one on the accepted quotation.

Slight differences in colour, finish or size are inherent to the materials and printing processes used.
